Lone Readymix & Precast Concrete produces ready-mixed and precast concrete for the Kingdom's industrial, infrastructure, commercial and residential construction sectors.
Our story
Built on the discipline of the Eastern Province
Lone Readymix & Precast was founded to serve a construction market that had outgrown commodity concrete. Contractors in the Kingdom were being asked for tighter tolerances, longer service lives and harder placements — deep bored piles, submerged marine works, slip-formed cores, dense reinforcement cages — and needed a producer who could design for those conditions rather than simply deliver volume.
We built the company around that gap. Computerised batching for repeatability. Independent laboratories at every plant so material is verified where it is made. Chilled-water and ice plants because a 50 °C afternoon in Dammam is a design condition, not an excuse. And a precast yard so structural and architectural elements can be cast under controlled conditions and arrive site-ready.
Today Lone supplies ready-mixed and precast concrete across the Kingdom, from static plants and mobile site-based installations erected on major projects that require large, sustained supply at high performance criteria.

What we do
Two divisions, one quality system
Ready-Mix Concrete
Standard and high-performance structural grades, plus specialist mixes for hot weather, underwater placement, piling, slip forming, self-compaction and colour. Supplied from static and mobile computerised plants with dedicated pump and transit fleets.
Precast Concrete
Structural and architectural elements cast under factory conditions — hollow-core slabs, box culverts, boundary walls, manholes and pipes, kerbs and pavers, barriers and bespoke facade panels — delivered to site ready to install.
